Please can you reply back and let me know which CRM you use as we are looking into this right now and would love some recommendations for a small NFP with around 7k database. Looking for something that is flexible, user friendly and reasonably priced.

there is no CRM the right one! There are so many out there. The most important part of CRM is that the user/team understand the philosophy of how they want to use the CRM as well as having a common lingo and all levels of involvement do understand the data and what you like to do and achieve with your data.
