I would love to hear any thoughts/ tips/ best practice you have implemented as leaders to manage lockdown fatigue/ mental health/ wellbeing/ morale in your organisations.
I’m leading a team of 30 staff and 100 volunteers in Victoria and the current lockdown is really taking a toll on the mental health and wellbeing of many across al levels.
As such, I’m keen to develop an organisation wide plan with a number of actions that help to address the current environment.
